Postcards from The South of France

The trip began in Nice on the longest day of the year for a dear friend's milestone birthday. Their lovely friends' hosted the dinner and late-night DJ set in their stunning home perched high on a hill over-looking the sun dappled city and sparkling Mediterranean. The invitation called for "Riveria Chic" and our new Montreal Gown in crisp cotton-poplin was perfect for the steamy outdoor event. Props to the beautifully constructed bustier that stayed securely in place after many hours on the dance floor!

Still not over our host's living room - drenched in color, midcentury accents, and the kind of light you wish you could bottle.

We spent a few days in Nice - a city I've only passed through but was grateful to explore. The old town is charming and vibrant with so many unique shops selling regionally crafted soaps, espadrilles, linens and ceramics. Our wave crochet pieces were the MVPs of the trip—ultra-packable, effortlessly chic, and perfect for full days that stretched from beach lounging to market wandering. The new Orel Mini Dress in summer's hottest cappuccino hue was perfect to pop over my bathing suit and I paired it back to my favorite Amanu Sandals. Also, a moment for Hotel du Couvent's insane floral arrangements pictured below.
The OG Orel Maxi Dress which we brought back this summer after it sold out last year looked tres chic at the iconic Hotel du Cap for a rosé-soaked lunch.

Taking the Alba Dress for a test drive in Nice. Lime Bike rentals are super easy through the Uber app.

After Nice, we made our way to Cassis and the craggy, absurdly beautiful stretch of Mediterranean coastline just west of Marseille. Our stay at Les Roches Blanches—a Jazz Age gem carved into the limestone cliffs above the sea, once frequented by Édith Piaf and Winston Churchill—felt like stepping into a cinematic reverie.
There was little need to leave the hotel's Med front perch but the urge to sweat out our boozy lunches motivated us to explore the surrounding Calanques National Park where there are hiking trails winding through the rocks leading to the most majestic beaches. Take a map! We definitely took a few wrong turns but even those dead-ended with a killer view. Our new Silk Set pulled me together for days that started active and ended by the pool.

The Tuba Club was a top 5 lunch of my life! The freshest fish, the crispest wine and a view that takes your breath away!
