How did you breakthrough in the saturated, ever-changing beauty industry?

I’m a slow and steady kind of a girl. It’s really cheesy but I love what I do and I care a lot. I think it’s important to always be yourself, be kind, and to do your best work every day. There’s so much you can’t control in this business; however, I can control my attitude and my level of commitment. I feel like when I focus on those basics it always pays off.

How has your style evolved since leaving the hustle and bustle of NYC?

I have become a uniform person. As a base, I love a jean (that can keep up with anything including crawling on the floor) and a crisp tee. Then, I’ll add an interesting jacket or a power blazer. I have so many and am always searching for more. A great jacket always makes me feel put together and glamorous no matter what. I’m really into the Ross in all versions and the striped Luciana is timeless and on my list.

What is the skincare product you are most obsessed with / that one thing you often urge clients to addinto their routine?

The Bioeffect EGF serum. I’m in love with it and use it every day. It basically does everything: it’s hydrating, brightening, and is formulated with patented growth factor derived from barley to support collagen production. It’s basically a miracle.

You have a full day on set and a girls’ dinner that night - there’s no time to go home, what are youwearing?!

A bold printed set is my go-to for going day to night seamlessly. Matching is the perfect balance of fun and sophisticated plus it always photographs well —so you’re ready for whatever happens. I have a crush on the Venezia Jacket plus the Adele Pant combo. The new Blue Camellia version is in my cart. That said, all variations of this set(and the short sleeve version) are foolproof day to night glam.

As a trusted beauty source, what are four of your can’t-live-without-this products?

1. Lashify Labs Flush Cheek. This is brand new and I love it. It’s a gel cheek stain that reacts to your personal PH for a unique true to you flush. Plus, it’s super portable — touch up anywhere.

2. U Beauty Plasma Lip Compound in Color. My favorite lip balm I now comes in color… 12 colors to be precise. I love them all and it’s the perfect busy girl lip. No need for a mirror or a lip brush— you can apply in a speeding taxi on the way to a big meeting fearlessly. I have Rose and Bellini with me always.

3. Bioeffect Imprinting Eye Masks. I’m in a life stage that requires an eye mask—lots of eye masks. This one pairs perfectly with Bioeffect’s EGF serum to maximize the cooling plumping benefits of both. They are also nearly invisible on. I may wear them under sunglasses from time to time. Best mom hack of all time.

4. Chantecaille Luminescent Eye Shades. This powder gel formula is fabulously sparkly (in a wearable way I promise) and lasts all day. It never creases and can be worn as a sheer wash or, when you apply with your finger, bold color. I have no favorites they are all perfect.
