We tapped the COUPER co-founder and style icon to share her favorite moments, looks, and more...
How has motherhood influenced your personal style?
Motherhood has made my style more intentional. With less time to overthink, I’ve found myself reaching for pieces that are timeless, comfortable, and easy to move in. Dresses have become my go-to: they’re the easiest answer to looking put-together with minimal effort. I’ve learned to prioritize quality over quantity and invest in pieces that work hard for every part of my day.
What’s your approach to balancing family life with your thriving business, Couper?
I’m not sure “balance” is the right word, I think it’s more of a constant juggle. Some days I feel like I’m winning, and other days I’m answering emails with one hand and wiping crayon or yogurt off the wall with the other. What keeps me grounded is knowing that Couper was built with this exact chaos in mind. I’ve learned to embrace the mess, trust my instincts, and surround myself with a team that understands that motherhood and entrepreneurship aren’t competing forces, they fuel each other.

What qualities do you most admire in your own mother—or mother figures in your life?
The women in my life -especially my mom- have always embodied beauty that goes far beyond the surface. They carry themselves with grace, kindness, and a quiet strength that radiates. What I admire most is how they make people feel: loved, seen, and completely accepted. Their beauty isn’t just in how they look, but in how they move through the world - with compassion, confidence, and care. They taught me that true beauty starts within, and that’s the legacy I hope to pass on.
Three ways you unwind and recharge at the end of the day…
At the end of the day, I’m all about small rituals that feel like a reset. First: skincare - always. It’s less about the products (though I love a good eye cream) and more about the act of taking a few minutes just for me. Second: a long walk with the dogs once the work day is wrapped up - it helps clear my head. And third: New York Times Games. A little Wordle, a little Spelling Bee... it’s my version of meditation mostly because I don’t have the attention span for the real thing.

How do you stay creative and inspired?
Travel is my biggest source of inspiration. Experiencing new places, colors, textures, and cultures always sparks something - whether it's a palette from a hotel in Paris or the effortless way someone’s dressed on the beaches of Los Cabos. I come home from trips with a camera roll full of doorways, textiles, and menus. Creativity also finds me in unexpected moments: a quiet plane ride, a museum visit (most often with kids), or even just wandering without a plan. It’s in the contrast - stepping out of routine - that I feel most inspired.
Where is your favorite place to vacation with your family?
It’s hard to choose just one, but two recent favorites come to mind - very different, but equally special. We loved Round Hill in Jamaica for its laid-back luxury, stunning views, and just how easy it was with kids. It felt like a true exhale. On the flip side, Zermatt in January was absolutely magical. There’s something about the mountains, cozy cozy meals, and watching the kids ski (or attempt to) that made it unforgettable. Whether beach or mountains, it’s all about being somewhere that allows us to all be together with plenty of activity and down time.
